1 Nishiuo-machi, Saga City, Saga Prefecture
Ancient Documents
The Okashi Oboegaki (“Memorandum on Sweets”) is composed of two parts, the Okashi Oboegaki dated 1803 (Kyowa 3) and mentioning the name Tsuruya Tahee and the Okashi Oboegaki mentioning the name Goyoya Tahee. As the title suggests, it is thought to be a memorandum in which the recipes for sweets were written down during the Edo period (1603–1868).
