Tools (oke bowls and wooden molds) used in the manufacture of okoshi puffed rice cakes. There are oke bowls and mizuoke buckets used to mix the ingredients such as rice, syrup and brown sugar, as well as wooden molds into which the ingredients were pressed and used to cut the okoshi into equally sized pieces.
